Jahr:  2013
Studiengang:  Augenoptik / Augenoptik & Hörakustik
Kategorie:  Bachelorarbeit
Erstbetreuer:  Prof. Dr. Anna Nagl
Externer Betreuer: Pacific University, Forest Grove, OR, USA
Kurzbeschreibung:

To investigate shape and curvature changes of the sclera as pertains to scleral lens design and fitting. Aim of Study: Current advances in contact lens materials and design have allowed the proliferation of scleral lenses. This study will investigate toricity of the sclera to improve scleral lens design and fitting.  The Zeiss Visante anterior segment optical coherence tomographer (OCT) will be used to image and measure scleral shape and curvatures in multiple cross-sections of the eye.
